Eileen Bullock, now 63, has struggled with diet and weight loss her entire life. So when she was a big 6-0, she decided to take a step back from her things and eat normally without following any plans.
But by doing this she gained 30 pounds and it bothered her.

“Within a year I lost 40 pounds and felt better,” Block told Caters. “I always wanted to do a bodybuilding show, but due to my busy career as a lawyer and raising my children, I couldn’t commit to doing it while I was in my 30s.
It all started when a Maui, Hawaii woman with a newfound passion for fitness decided to reach out to a coach to prepare for a bodybuilding show. She has since competed in not one but two figure bodybuilding shows and plans to continue.
“I still can’t believe I was able to do this,” Brock admitted. “When I walked on stage, posing confidently and confidently in a bikini, I was wondering if I was really doing this.”



She trains six times a week, with an emphasis on weightlifting, and boasts that she weighed back to 120 pounds at her wedding in her early 20s before taking the stage at one of her shows.
“I used to exercise, but I never pushed myself out of my comfort zone and I was in a rut with what I was doing,” Brock explained.
When she competed in two shows, she was the oldest contestant in both held during the two weeks. The lawyer showed off her toned and toned figure by wearing a bikini and posing for the judge.
She hopes to be a role model for other women her age.
“I want to prove that stereotypes aren’t true and that women can do whatever they want, no matter how old they are,” Bullock said.
Brock emphasized that she is still overwhelmed by her own progress and what she has been able to achieve.
“I’m older and I’m past menopause, but it’s been fascinating to see how my body responds to training and diet and to see what I can achieve in my next show. I can’t wait.
